Traffic curbs in Kochi in view of the police marathon

Traffic restrictions will be imposed in some parts of the city on Sunday evening (September 6) in view of the state-wide marathon ahead of the Kerala Police Sports Meet, the Kochi police said on Saturday (September 5).

Curbs will be placed on the stretch of NH 544 between SCMS, Kalamassery and JLN Stadium, Kaloor; Aluva-Ernakulam PWD Road and Stadium grounds between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM Police has appealed to the public to cooperate and use alternative roads to avoid traffic jams.

Chief Minister VD Satheesan will address a meeting in connection with the Moothakunnam Marathon in Aluva.
