A strong earthquake hit India’s Andaman Islands on Sunday, with the intensity of the tremors still being determined.
According to the German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ), the earthquake had a magnitude of 6.07 and struck at a depth of 10 km (6 mi).
However, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) turned to X and said the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.4 and occurred at a depth of 90 km.
