On Friday (April 11, 2025), DMK undressed its leader and Minister of the Forest K. Ponmuda from Deputy Secretary of State on Friday (April 11, 2025).
On Friday, issued on Friday, the President of the President DMK and the main Minister Tamil Nadu MK Stalin stated that Mr. Ponmuda was released from the post of representative of the Secretary General.

A few hours ago, a representative of the Secretary General of DMK and MP Kanimozhi condemned certain controversial remarks of the head of the head of the leader and Minister K. Ponmuda in the public forum.
“The recent speech presented by the Minister of Ponmuda cannot be accepted. Regardless of the reasons for the manifestation, a derogatory speech should be convicted,” Mrs. Kanimozhi said in a social media.
Mr. Ponmudy’s video clip, who connects the Hindu religious symbols of saivism and Vaishhnavism with offensive references, made during the public action 6 April, became viral on Thursdays on social media.
Senior official BJP Narayanan Thirupatie asked Mr. Stalin a question on social media, whether Mr. Ponmuda wanted him to continue his cabinet.
At the beginning of May 2022, Mr. Ponmuda, who was then Minister for Higher Education, while talking about convening the University of Bharathiar in Coimbatore, taking Jibe to Hindi -speaking Mrs. Puri in Coimbor and across Tamil over and questioning the employment of those who learned Hindi.
Four months later, the Minister again invoked controversy in September when he made insensitive remarks that women were traveling free of charge on government buses, the flagship launched by the DMK government after coming to power in 2021.
Replacement named
In the next statement, Mr. Stalin appointed Senior DMK official and deputy Rajya Sabha Tiruchi Siva as a representative of the Secretary General of the party. Mr. Siva was released from the post of side of the party’s propaganda.
