The Chief Minister of MK Stalin chairs the meeting on Neet.
The meeting of the representatives of the legislative parties, chaired on Wednesday by the Chief Minister of MK Stalin, unanimously adopted the resolution that the government of Tamil continued to overcome its legal struggle to be exempt from the national test (Neet) for admission to medical courses.
AIADMK and BJP boycotted the meeting.
In addition to intensifying its efforts through a request that the state filed against the Supreme Court against Neut, the meeting decided that the government would consult legal experts to explore, inter alia, if necessary to assess a new case against the attitude of the Union ‘against the bill.
After the President Droubadi Murma detained his consent to accept Tamil over the draft Act on Higher Education Courses, 2021, the main minister called the members of the legislators’ parties. Representative of the main Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin read the proposal of the resolution adopted at the meeting held on the Secretariat campus.
“The judgment of the Supreme Court, which was passed on 8 April, gave us a great deal of hope. If we continue our legal steps, I believe that we could get the exception of the scope,” said Mr. Stalin. “Neet is not a test from which we could not get an exception. It is a test that takes place after several with a selfish motif that introduces the Union introduction only for the benefit of coaching centers and itself,” Stalin said.
Neet was not properly performed and this was clear from cases where cases of the Central Investigation Office (CBI) were probed in different countries, Stalin said. In this respect, he called on the leaders of different parties to share their opinion. All of them were of the opinion that the state government should promote its legal struggle against not.
