Days after the newly created integrated Terminus bus in Panjapur was opened for public use, Tiruchi Corporation revealed its outsourcing system of operation and maintenance. While the civic body has fixed fees for users using various services and equipment at the bus terminal, it has allowed private joint companies to offer the operation and maintenance of the equipment for 15 years to repair rent for restaurants, tea and refreshment stalls and kiosky according to market rates.
According to sources, Capatital Studios, Chennai, in the consortium with Vedhaah Power Pvt. LTD, Pudukottai, won an offer to keep the bus terminal for 15 years. Compared to 50 GBP Lakh (with the exception of GST), which the state government set as a reserve price, capital studies and Vedhaah PVT. LTD quoted 60 lakhs in the documents documents.

According to the announcement, the supplier will collect 25 GBP as an entry fee daily from each bus. Omni buses that come from IBT will have to pay 150 GBP a day. The fee for the incoming Omni buses will be 50 GBP. The parking fee for four wheels will be 50 ₹ for six hours. It will be 100 ₹ a day. The two -wheel parking fee is 20 ₹ for 24 hours. The payrol fee will be 70 GBP for a large bag (12 hours). It’s 100 GBP for 24 hours. There will be no fee for using the toilets and crews of buses rest.
