The ongoing fourth edition of bilateral and tri-lines in India-USA witnesses an increase in complexity in many areas and is reportedly one of its kind humanitarian aid and a common surgery of disasters (Hadr) forces of both nations.
In an interview with the Hindu Admiral Greg Newkirk, the US Navy, the commander of the 70 working group and the American joint forces involved in the Tiger’s triumph, she said,
This year the exercise added much more complexity in the sea, underwater areas, air, soil, space and cybernetics. “We cover almost all areas of information because the information is the most critical aspect of any rag operation,” he said.
“The operation of two common forces within one individual structure of commands and the mission is a complicated effort and the idea of such exercises is to improve interoperability,” he said.
Quick response
“Emphasis is placed on a quick response to a humanitarian disaster and providing assistance. We simulate the main scenario similar to a storm that caused considerable damage and loss of man, and perform surgery to see how quickly we respond to the crisis to reduce human suffering. Newkirk.
Regarding the use of space technology, the main David Amiel, the US Air Force, which is an expert on the subject, said, “In this exercise, the American space force together cooperates with Indian space agencies to improve interoperability.”

It responds to the question of whether the exercise also included military intervention, and Admiral Newkirk said: “This is not our primary goal, but if there is an aspect of security resulting from the disaster, then we are ready.
He pointed out that synergy between India and the US increased at all levels, including planning and performing complex operations.
About what was the most critical aspect in the Hadr mission, he said that restoring communication and collecting information from affected people was essential.
Major Jordan Vargas, US Marine Corps, 11. MEU (Meu) and Amphibious Operations and CMDr. JP Wainscott, US Navy, working group 59 and unmanned naval systems were present.
Tiger Triumph began on April 1. It takes place on the east coast and will be on 12 April.
