
Indian reputable knitted clothes, Tiruppur, should welcome its first Neo Park Tidel Neo this month.
The park, located in the village of Rakkiya Palayam in Avinashi Taluk, extends 1.77 acre with a total built area of 65 379 square feet with the potential to generate employment for 650 people. This project includes investments in the melody of 39.44 GBP Crore.
“The first Tidel Park in Tamil transformed the IT landscape of the state. The same kind of transformation is now happening in smaller cities through Tidel Neo – providing jobs for people in their native cities,” said Sandeep Nanduri, CEO of Tamil Nad Industrial Development Corporation Limited (Tidco).
Mr. Nanduri noticed that Tidel Neo was a converter of games, he said: “We provide regional development through these investments. Small companies are able to access high quality office space. The demand for these places is high. Tidedel Neo was also successful in terms of cast,” he added.
The first Neo Tidel Park Tamil Nadu was opened in February 2024 in the village of Tiruchitramball, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram. Here they chose space and approximately 200 jobs were created. He learns that this space will see 100% occupancy in the next three months.
After Villupuram, Tamil’s government opened similar parks in Thanjavur, Salem and thoothuku. The level of occupancy in Thanjavur is 100%. There are four companies and 800 jobs were provided. Similarly, Salem and thoothuku were witnessed by 100% occupancy. Five companies operate in Salem and employment numbers are 700, while thoothuku has accommodated two companies and the employment generated so far is 620.
