Three individuals were arrested by a special team of Zonal Crime the Central Crime Station (CCS), Hyderabad, after a confused attempt to sell Ganja to local customers in Bhavan Nagar of Hyderabad. The police said that 24 kilograms of dry Ganja were seized from the accused.
The defendants were identified as Mohd Omer, 21, cook, MoHD Ghouse Hussain, 47, automatic driver, and Mohd Sohail, 20 who come from Zheerabad. They are all inhabitants of Talabkatta in Bhavan Nagar.
The accusations together with the confiscated material were handed over to the Police Bhavani Nagar. The case was also booked against two other individuals identified as Sona Jaweed and Faisal, who were involved in the Ganja store and are currently retreating.
