Almost two and a half years after the death of the accused, who jumped from the third floor of the Gulbarg Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) during the medical examination, registered the criminal investigation department against three police officers for caused negligence.
Twenty -year -old Munna Sobib, who was the main accused of a robbery report in January 2022, ran for almost eight months in August 2022 in August 2022.
According to the protocol, three police officers, assistant Sub-inspector Abdul Khadar and two constable Huchappa and Kumar Rathod, took the medical examination before it.
When the police unlocked handcuffs during a medical examination, Munna tried to escape them and jumped from the third floor of the hospital building and died.
CID investigated this case and submitted a 257 -page report that accused the negligence of police officers for the incident.
