Three people, including two children, drowned in a tank in the village of Motapalli in Krishnapuram Panchayat on Thursday in Kota Mandal in the district. According to the police, the three identified themselves as Kushal and Nikhil (11) and Jagan (13), along with some others, entered the tank to bathe. Because they haven’t come out for a long time, the others were looking for them. While two of them died on the spot after being caught out of the water, another young man died while he was moved to a hospital in Kota.
