Police Bannerghatta arrested three more people on Tuesday, who, along with two other allegedly sexually harassed 26 -year -old cosmetors and attacked her when they resisted their overtures in Mylasandra on Sunday.
The accused were identified as Punith Kaade, Anush Madan and Arun, who were on the run soon after the incident. Accused work for a private company as employees of everyday wages on the basis of a contractual basis. The police arrested John Richard’s main charges, 24 years old, and his father Kanikya Swama, 54, who created a hand and threatened the victim with terrible consequences after his son was beaten by a friend of the victim and later arrested.
The victim went to the nearby shop around 17:00 in the Reddy layout in Prabhakar near Mysandra when Richard confronted her in a drunk state and went through the obscene comments and required sexual kindness. The accused also persecuted her and touched her inappropriately, after which she resisted. The accused, the defendant, allegedly attacked it publicly. The whole incident was caught at the nearby CCTV camera.
The defendant soon joined his friends who began to bother her. The victim ran toward her house and called her friend, coach in the gym. The accused followed her and began to bother her at the gate.
Until then, a male friend arrived and he was chasing his neighbors. They caught Richard and beat him. Richard was later admitted to the hospital and the victim had called the police until then. Kanikya Swamy, an entrepreneur, hurried to the victim’s house, created a hand and threatened her with terrible consequences.
Based on the complaint, the police arrested the duo of the father-Syn, while Richard’s friends who escaped soon after the incident were monitored and arrested on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, John’s mother, Mary Pushpa, has now filed a counter -sophistication. She claims that her son was defeated by the gym coach during the cheflaner. The police took over the counter -sophistication for further investigation.
The victim claimed that the police initially did not register companies on Sunday despite her complaints. The police claimed that both sides came to the station and agreed to return the next day. On Monday, she approached the police again after she allegedly received new threats from John’s parents and filed a complaint.
