Three people were killed and one was seriously injured on the car that traveled in a stationary truck near the village of Malkhed in Sedam Taluk in the district of Kalaburag on Sunday morning.
The deceased was identified as 32 -year -old Malesh, 25 -year -old prem Kumar and 25 -year -old Annadanayya.
Nityanand, who suffered serious injuries, was moved to the hospital for treatment.
The incident occurred when the victims traveled from the city sitting towards the village of Gundagurti.
A case was registered at the Malkhed police station.
