The last five patients of Narendra Vikramaditya Yadav, a false cardiologist acting as “Dr. John Camm”, died on the same day he worked on them, Indian Express reported.
Yadav presented as “Dr. John Camm”, a top British heart specialist, and was accused of performing medical procedures without a valid license.
The accused, according to inspection records presented before the assembly of Madhya Pradesh, performs fundamental operations of angioplasty under a false identity. A fake cardiologist performed 12 such operations in Mission Hospital in Damoh District from 2 to 11 January to 11 February.
According to the sources of the cited Indian Express, five of these patients died on the same day as angioplasty – two during the procedure and three soon after it.
Five patients “treated” by Yadav, aged between 51 and 75 years, died one by one in the range of only one month, the state assembly was informed.
The death of these patients raised serious questions about how a false cardiologist was hired and allowed to perform operations without proper supervision.
The newspapers further stated that Yadav fled after working on his last patient and resigned from the hospital, taking the portable machine with him.

The hospital could not inform the authorities
Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shhukl on Friday told a MEP that the hospital had not informed the health authorities on the appointment of Yadav and violated the provisions under the Madhya Pradesh Act and the Act on Clinical Facilities (registration and licensing).
Therefore, the government had no room to verify Yadav’s credentials and the authenticity of his middle professions.
A false cardiologist is now under judicial link after being arrested in April this year. The fees faced by Yadav include fraud, personification and murdered murder.
