The Pam Bondi Prosecutor General appeared in front of the Senate Forensic Committee to face questions about allegedly detaining Epstein files, which is said to include US President Donald Trump. During the hearing of the Senate, Pam Bondi asked who issued orders to indicate any records associated with the later convicted pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, who included the name of Donald Trump.
In response, Pam Bondi briefly said he would not discuss it. The United States Senator Dick Durbin asked Pam Bondi Point Blank if anyone had orders to mark any such records that included the name of Donald Trump.
Pam Bondi said, “I won’t discuss it about it.”
Dick Durbin then pointed out that Pam Bondi had made that the List of Epstein’s clients was sitting on the table to check it, but failed to make such a file.
“You have publicly stated that the list of Epstein clients was sitting on your table for checking. Then you did not create any list of clients. Why did you publicly claim that the List of Epstein is waiting for your review and then will not create anything relevant for this statement?” The senator asked.
She replied, “If you listened to my whole clip, I said I didn’t check it yet. If you see our remark on Epstein, you’ll see, our remark about Epstein clearly points out that there is no list of clients.”
In July 2025, however, the Ministry of Justice and the FBI stated in the note that there is no such list. But with reports indicating that Donald Trump was informed of his name in the list associated with Jeffrey Epstein, there was pressure on the Ministry of Justice to release all the files.
Pam Bondi also tried to attack the Senate over her grilling when she mentioned the deployment of the National Guard in Chicago.
Ag Bondi said, “I wish you love Chicago as well as you hate President Trump. The National Guard is on the way to Chicago. If you do not protect your citizens, President Trump Will.” Also read | Epstein letter reportedly from Trump released House Democrats
“The National Guard is on the way we are talking! Likewise, the director of Patel and Ag Todd Blanc representative! You are sitting here, grilling me and are on the way to Chicago to keep your state safe.”
The General Prosecutor Pam Bondi faces the Judges of the Senate on Tuesday, October 7. During her introductory notes, Pam Bondi resisted democratic criticism that the Ministry of Justice rang to chase the perceived enemies of President Donald Trump.
During her introductory notes, Bondi reiterated the conservative claim that the Ministry of Justice of former President Joe Biden, which submitted two criminal cases against Trump, was what forced the weapons a coercive agency, although some of its most important probes concerned the democratic president and his son.
Bondi pointed to the unveiling of the day earlier that the FBI analyzed telephone records of several Republican legislators in the investigation of Trump’s efforts to abolish the results of his election loss to Biden in 2020.
“They played policy with the powers of criminal proceedings and will go down as a historical betrayal of public confidence,” Bondi said. “This is a kind of behavior that breaks the faith of the American people into our system of enforcement. We will try to earn it every day.”
