
Workshop-2025, organized for girls under the auspices of NTPC-Kayamculam, was recently closed monthly workshop-2025.
Thirty-eight students out of 10 government schools in five villages-Arattupuzha, Chingoli, Cheppad, Pallpad and Karthikapally-se participated in a workshop whose aim was to raise the potential of disadvantaged girls and support the equality of women and men.
Session, activity
Participants have joined a wide range of sitting and activities for building life skills and increasing trust. These included classes on fire safety, health and hygiene, yoga and computers and sessions focused on personality development. Teachers also took a session on “good touch touch” to strengthen the girls and support self -confidence. Recreation activities such as weekend movies, picnic, magic show and fashion show have been excited.
Debdutta Sinha, the project manager, NTPC – Kayamculam, emphasized the importance of these initiatives in shaping an inclusive and progressive society. “Mission Empowerment Mission reflects the vision of NTPC on the care of talent and building future leaders by providing straight opportunities,” said Mr. Sinha. NTPC organized a gem workshop as part of its CSR initiative.
