A terrible incident was reported from the Pune district in the Mahari, where a 23 -year -old woman was allegedly kidnapped and raped in the car and then threw him on the road.

In her complaint, the woman said she lives in the Tungarli area and walked home on Friday evening as the car stopped near her and the man was forcibly taken in. The accused then took it to an isolated place where she was reportedly raped in a moving car.

Then she approached the Lonavalla City police station and filed a complaint against the man.
Police arrested a 35 -year -old man in connection with the incident, also the inhabitants of Tungarli.
Initially, the victim claimed that three unidentified men were forcibly taken into the car and raped her, but during the probe it was clear that there was only one man in the car, the police said.
The probe also indicated that the accused was known to the woman.
