On Tuesday, the White House said it would support the forensic analysis of the alleged signature of Donald Trump on a letter that was convicted by the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein for his birthday more than 20 years ago.
The letter was part of the notebook compiled by Epstein’s former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, who currently performs a sentence for his involvement in the scandal. But Trump’s helpers have completely denied the accusation and claims that the signature is not his.
Trump, who had previously been friends with Epstein but fell out with the former financier years before his death, denied a letter. The note appears in the birthday book for Epstein and includes the sketch of the female body and a message about secrets, Reuters reported the agency.
What is the problem and why now?
The letter consists of a naked sketch with a short note allegedly signed Trump with a message addressed to Epstein and said, “Pal is a wonderful thing. Happy birthday and can be an amazing secret every day.” The printed name and signature of Trump are displayed on the page.
The document was published on Monday by democrats in the US House of Representatives. Trump rejected the signature as fake and told the reporters on Tuesday, “This is not my language. It’s nonsense.”

The release of the document and others concerning Epstein pointed out a problem that became a political thorn on the side of the President as he faces the growing pressure of his own supporters and even from the members of his Republican Party to provide greater transparency of the findings of the Epstein investigation.
Although he urged his supporters to leave the topic, the demand for details of Epste’s crimes, and the one who could know or was involved with them, remained high, Reuters said.
Trump receives support from officials
Trump’s spokesman Karoline Leavitt spoke in her defense and told reporters that the White House would support the signature analysis to prove Trump right, Reuters reported.
“The President did not write this letter. He did not sign this letter,” she said, adding that “the president has one of the most famous signatures in the world and has many, many years,” she said.
James Comer, Chairman of the Supervision Supervision, who leads the Epstein Congress Investigation, also stated that Trump believes.
“The president says he did not sign it, so I will take the President to his word,” Kentucky republican told reporters.
The public grows suspects from Trump’s involvement
Last week, the legislators encountered Epstein’s victims in Capitol, then asked if Trump would meet the victims that the President had said he had not considered.
“I don’t like the whole situation with regard to someone who is abused or injured, but I didn’t even think about it,” Trump said.

Reuters/IPSOS conducted a survey on Tuesday, revealing that 65% of the US respondents believe that the government hides information about Epstein’s death in prison in 2019, which was determined by suicide, and 72% stated that the government hides information about the list of clients of the accused sex. Both figures grew slightly from a similar survey conducted in July this year.
However, a survey of 1,084 adults found a clear place for Trump, because 44% of Republican respondents said they approved the way in which the Epstein case dealt with, from 35% in July. Overall, only 17% of the public approved its solution to the problem, the report said.
Investigation of Trump’s signature
Republican representative Thomas Massie said he hopes that the James Comera committee will explore Trump’s alleged signature for a birthday note.
“I’m not a forensic expert, but it looks like his signature,” Massie told reporters. “Hopefully they can do some forensic and figure it out, so we don’t have to discuss consciousness.”
When answering this, COMER said that its committee would probably not invest in exploring a signature so many years ago. Comer currently serves as chairman of the House Committee for Supervision and Responsibility.
“Hoax to blur the President”
Karoline Leitt also accused the democrats of trying to hurt the President by focusing on the Epstein scandal.
“The Republicans at Trump’s Ministry of Justice have made more transparency in terms of Epstein’s case than any previous administration,” she said. “And why do the Democrats suddenly take care of it? Is that because they desperately try to devise fraud to blur the President of the United States.”
Leavitt pushed on what the White House believed was fraud, criticized the opposition party using the story of Epstein to avert the public from the success of Trump’s administration, Reuters reported.
