
US President Donald Trump used a signature of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the White House on Friday to re -emphasize his role in mediating peace agreements and reminding earlier interventions in conflicts around the world.
Soon afterwards, the White House claims that Trumpa as a “peace president” after Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a contract.

Trump spoke to the ceremony along with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan and described his “highest aspiration” as “peace and stability to the world”.
“Today’s signature follows our success with India and Pakistan. They went to it. They went to it. And they were great leaders who joined just before what would be a huge conflict, as you know, probably a nuclear conflict,” Trump said.
“We have saved many lives,” Trump said, introducing Armenia-Azerbaijani agreement as a key example of diplomatic successes of his administration.

This agreement is the latest effort of American mediated in the region, which has long been affected by the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over Nagno-Kabachh. Trump described the agreement as “historical” and expressed the hope that this could lead to a permanent peace.
Trump has also been thinking about the efforts of his administration in recent months. “I came and this whole world was on fire. All these things happened. We were here only six months. The world was on fire. We took care of every fire,” he said.

President Aliyev of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijan President said that they nominated Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. “We will defend it and promote it,” Pashinyan said. Aliyev added: “Who, not if President Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize? Once we return, we will agree to issue a common letter.”
