
The arrival of wheat has gathered across a key production state with government agencies that bought over 18.39 million tonnes (MT) grain from March 15 to April 23, which is 54% more than the same period in the previous marketing year.
Last year, government agencies acquired more than 11.92 MT during government data during this period. The marketing year lasts from March 15 to June 30.
