The agricultural zone has now been further divided into “risk” and “non-risk” zones. In the category “agricultural use zone with risk”, the limit for residential buildings was increased to 500 m2. from 300 m2. For commercial buildings, the limit was increased to 300 m2 from 200 m2. In the “risk-free agricultural zone” category, the construction of all types of residential buildings, including apartments, was released.
