In the release of the main minister, he said, “This verdict not only revealed the anger behind the case, but also clearly cleaned our names of all unsubstantiated accusations.”
“I humbly welcome the judgment issued by the chief judge Bravai and the judge K. Vinod Chandran of the Supreme Court. During my long political career, I have always bowed to the constitution and rule of law. This judgment adheres and protects this very faith,” he said.
He said, “I cannot be politically defeated, BJP and his allies bowed to abuse of constitutional agencies such as CBI, and ED to devise unsubstantiated cases against my wife and annoy my family.
Referring to the remarks of the chief judge Gavai that “election battles must be fought through people, not through abuse of institutions like ED,” said Siddaramaiaha, these words reflect the voice of his own conscience and every Indian in believing. “This is the voice of justice rising against tyranny,” he said.
“This verdict renews the faith in the judiciary, especially among all those who have become the victim of hunting political witches BJP over the past 10 to 11 years,” the chief minister said.
“Even now, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Interior Minister AMIT have to wake up and stop the constitutional agency for political profit. It is time to restore the autonomy of these institutions and cleanse the sins of political abuse,” he demanded.
He also demanded that “BJP and JD leaders (s) in Karnataka would be publicly apologize if they even have an ounce of dignity or shame.”
Rural development and Minister Panchayat Raj Priyank Kharge also launched a counterattack in opposition by demanding that the opposition leader in the R. Ashok and BJP state President Vijayendra should resign if any dignity remained.
