The Minister of the Union for Health and Family Care of JP Nadda said that the center facilitates integrated health procedures throughout the country in phases. On Tuesday he spoke of the 15th convening of the Academy of Higher Education and Research (Kareh) in Belagavi.
“We have been fighting for the establishment of an integrated medical system for many years. Today we are standing in an important stage of disease prevention through holistic methods, including allopathy, Ayurvedy, Homeopathy and others. We must allow disease prevention by thinking from the point of view of the holistic approach of Indian medical science.
“The Union government is aimed at providing health care, which is not only therapeutic but also preventive,” he said. “Today, there are 1.75 Lakh Ayushman Health Centers across the country. 319 medical faculties have been launched across the country over the past 10 years. Over the past 10 years, 130% of MBBS and postgraduate chairs have increased,” he said.
He called on healthcare professionals to accept modern AI technology. “This will greatly help medical innovation. These fields also offer more opportunities for start -ups,” he said.
He called on young medical graduates not to let India look for better opportunities in higher studies or services. “They should stay here, undergo or research and work for the poor. Unlike the past, there are now world levels of All-Indius Institute of Medical Sciences in the country. The Center supports several research projects about priority. Young medical graduates and scientists should explore new methods of disease prevention.
The vice -chairman of Nitin M. Gangane read the annual report. He said he recently opened Jagadguru Gangadhara Mahaswamigal Morusavirath Medical College in Hubball and 200 inpatient Dr. Sampatumar S. Shivanagi Cancer Hospital in Belagavi.
The honorary level of Dr. Science (DSC) (Honoris Causa) was Danish Shailesh V. Shrikhande, Professor of Surgical Oncology and Deputy Director Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
A total of 1,844 degrees were awarded, including 40 doctorates, 29 postdoToToToToutors (DM/MCH), 660 postgraduate, 1,080 college students, nine postgraduate diplomas, 11 diplomas, four communities and 11 certification courses.
Up to 35 students, including 28 girls and seven boys, won 46 gold medals for their academic achievements in the relevant courses and specialties.
Shweta Rajshekhar Gore from Shri BM Kankanawadi Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Belagavi, won four gold medals at the level of college.
Karumudi Prathyusha of Jawaharal Nezru Medical College, Belagavi, won three gold medals at a postgraduate level.
