The President of the Keral Pradesh (KPCC) Congress Committee said on Saturday that he was not aware of any step command of the party that would replace him as a state boss, but would easily accept such a decision.
Mr. Sudhan spoke here with reporters that he had met and conducted detailed discussions with the President of Congress Mallikarjun Kharge and the leader of the party Rahul Gandhi about Keral Politics. “There were no discussions about removing me. So you have to ask a high command if they want to remove me. I easily make any such decision.
His remarks come as a result of the reported rumors that Mr. Sudhan will be replaced as the head of KPCC by the Congress of Anto Antona.
Similar reports of the removal of Mr. Sudhan from the main post of KPCC were there a few months ago. At that time, a member of the Jashi Tharoor Congress Committee strongly supported Mr. Sudharan as the KPCC chief and said that the party had secured a significant electoral victory under his leadership.
