
Tiruchi District Central Library and her reading forums were observed by Helen Keller Day by organizing a special function for visually attacked people on Saturday.
The global commemorative holiday (27th June) celebrates the life and success of the American author and advocate of rights to involvement Helen Keller, who lost his eyes and heard at a young age.
I. Abdul Jabbar, a visually attacked teacher of the history of the government school and the library coordinator of a differently affected section, was awarded the Helen Keller Award for its services to support the institution for people with disabilities.
When he responded to the felicitation, Mr. Jabbar praised officials of the District Central Library for the installation of the free screen reader of the NVDA screen on institutions that helped many visually call candidates to devote themselves to higher education and prepare for competing exams through the audio database of teaching material.
He currently said that 75 visually attacked persons who studied with the help of the District Central Library in Tiruch work in government jobs. Visually attacked persons were poems and songs as part of a cultural show.
