The Delhi High Court on Thursday (April 30, 2026) ordered the preservation of the late Sunjay Kapoor’s estate, ruling that all “suspicious circumstances” raised by the industrialist’s children from his marriage to actor Karisma Kapoor must be completely removed by his third wife Priya Kapur before accepting his alleged last will.
Justice Jyoti Singh issued an interim order on a plea filed by Karisma Kapoor’s children to prevent Priya Kapoor from alienating their father’s property, said to be worth ₹30,000 crore.
The preliminary application was filed in a lawsuit by the children challenging their late father’s alleged will regarding his estate.
