On Tuesday, the Supreme Court expanded the protection against the arrest awarded to a former probation worker IAS Puja Khedkař to 21 April. Khedkar faces charges of cheating and abuse of municipalities and the benefits of quotas in disability during the process of exploring civil services.

The bench, including judge BV Nagarathn and Satish Chandra Sharma, noted the arguments of the Khedkary Council, who said that the race to the response of Delhi has been submitted, but has not yet been officially recorded, PTI reported.

The next general attorney of St. Raja, who appeared for the Delhi government, said he needed the interrogation of Khedkara to find out the identity of mediators involved in the alleged fraud in the preparation of false certificates of disabilities for UPSC applicants.
Attorney Bina Madhavan, who appeared for Khedkar, said they wrote the probe agency about her willingness to cooperate in the investigation.
