Police Bengalur arrested a group of eight young people who allegedly attacked and tortured a student after disarming him in an isolated place, and made a video of an attack referring to the murder of Renukaswama, in which Kannada’s film actor Darshan was arrested. The incident occurred on June 30.
The victim Kušal km, 19, was reportedly in a relationship with his classmate, a smaller girl who broke up with him and got into another relationship. Kushal, angry, allegedly began to fight for news and protested against her behavior. Reportedly he also sent rude and obscene messages and forced the girl to complain to her girlfriend.
On June 30, the girl reportedly called Kushal to meet her, and spoke to and solved all the problems. In his complaint, however, Kushal said that when he went to meet a girl, he was confronted with a group of young people, instead of a girl.
The group reportedly asked him to delete girls’ photos and videos from his mobile and start hitting him. He was forcibly taken into the car near a college and attacked him. When he said he kept his phone at home, allegedly took him home, made him delete all the photos and videos of the girl, handed over the phone to his mother and took him again from home.
In his complaint, Kushal claimed that he was defeated, humiliated and tortured in the car, and later took him to a grove near the Aaluru lake, where he was defeated by his wand, forced him to turn away and torture him.
The accused recorded a video of the attack and a girl who was present in the spot was also seen in the video. In a video that has now become a viral, one of the accused says that this case is a similar case of the murder of Renukaswama and represents Kushala as Renukaswamy.
It should be remembered that in June 2024, Kannada Darshan film actor and his partner Pavitho Gowd were arrested together with his collaborators for alleged kidnapping Renukaswamy for sending indecent messages Mrs. Gowa on Instagram. Renukaswamy was a fan of the actor. He was employed in a medical store in Chitradurga. 8 June 2024 was reportedly tortured to death in the shed in Pattandur Agrahara in Bengalur.
In this case, the victim Kushal km was also tortured for many hours and later dropped home after warning him with terrible consequences, if he had ever spoken to the girl again.
Kushal told suffering to his parents before filed a complaint against the police. Based on HIS Complaint Provoke and Breach of Peace) and 351 (2) (Criminal Intimidation) of Bharatiya nyay Sanhita, 2023, and arrested eight persons identified as Shivashankar A., 20, YESHWANTH Patel, 20, Hemanth, 18, Salman Khan, 23, Rahul M., 20, Tejas S. SHASHANK GOWDA, 19.
Seven of them are students and one is in a private company. The police also convened the girl and recorded her statement, which in this case is also accused.
