The state government has given administrative approval for the purchase and supply of six MRI machines to district and district hospitals under the National Free Diagnostic Services Program aimed at strengthening diagnostic services across the state.
Six MRI units will be installed in district hospitals in Davanagere, Mysuru, Dharwad, Bagalkote, Jayanagar General/KC General Hospital in Bengaluru and Ramanagara.
