As part of the Regional International Film Festival Keral (RIFFK), a special exhibition of photographs called “Kaalam: Maayachithrangal”, in honor of the late legendary writer MT Vasudevan Nair, was inaugurated on Thursday (August 7, 2025). The exhibition organized by the Kerala State Chalachitra was curator of film historian and photographer R. Gopalakrishnan and shows more than 100 rare photos from Mt’s Ilyltial Cinematic Journey.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the wife of Mt Kalamandalam Saraswathi and the daughter of Aswathi V. Nair. C. Ajoy, Secretary, Kerala State Chalachitra Academy and Riff Director, and Sunil Ashocapuram, chairman of the exhibition committee, also spoke.

Mt’s daughter also shared some sincere words about her father. He was present AK Abdul Hake, author and convent of the exhibition committee.
