
The Special Court of Nia, Chancer in Chhattisgarh, reportedly issued an order against a member of the CPI Central Committee (Maoist) CPI (Maoist) Malla Raji Reddy aka Meesal Sattenna, a native of shastrulapapally in Manthani Mandal of Telangana’s peddapalli, in connection with the case booked against him and others in Chhattsgarh.
According to sources, the police team from Kanker on Wednesday in his native village attached a copy of the order at the entrance to the ancestors of the highest Maoist leader.
In connection with the case, he was asked to appear in court in Kanker 11 September 2025.
The defendants in the matter were booked pursuant to Section 191 (2) and various other parts of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit (BNS) and the Weapons Act.
The head of the Maoist leader has been underground for more than four decades, the sources added.
