Army Jawan, who returned to service after vacation, was reportedly attacked by the Toll Square in the Uttar Pradesh Meerut district, led to six people, a hefty and blacklist against the Nhai toll operator and a strong conviction from the Indian army.
The incident, which also caused the protests of the local residents of Meerut and outrage on the social media after his video, appeared on Sunday (August 17, 2025) in the evening at Bhuni Toll Plaza in the Sarurpur area when chapel, soldier from Gote Village sent in Srinagar.
His car was caught in a long queue, and when he asked toll employees to clean faster, the quarrel broke out. The argument escalated and Mr. Kapil was beaten by the employees of the toll square, the officials said.

The superintendent of the police (rural) Rrakesh Kumar Misra said that toll employees and some local young people reportedly tied Mr. Kapil and his companions to the pole and attacked them. He said that efforts to identify and charge the other involved.

SP (countryside) Mr. Misra said that other police forces from several stations were hurried to control the situation and calm the crowd.
On the basis of CCTV and written complaints, six accused were identified as Sachin, Vijay, Anuj, Ankit, Suresh Rana and Ankit Sharma – arrested for attacking the soldier and being submitted to court, Misra said.
