The delegation of Shiv Sena (UBT) led by MLC Ambadas Danve met on Monday (July 28, 2025) with CP Governor Radhakrishhnan and demanded the immediate release of “stained” and “corrupt” ministers and mills in the ruling Mahayuti alliance.
The delegation submitted a memorandum to the Governor and emphasized several incidents of misconducting several ministers in the state cabinet and provided the same.
“We provided Governor Pendrive and other documents as evidence while we demanded the resignation of these ministers,” Mr. Danve said after the meeting.
In the last few days, Mahashtra has witnessed a series of controversies concerning ministers Mahayuti, including Sanjay Shirsat, Manicrao Kokate, Yogesh Kadam and Nitesh Rane. The opposition has caused the accusation of corruption on irregularity in the acquisition of Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, honey trap case and insensitive notes Nitesh Rane and Manicrao Kokate.
Abuse
In the opposition Memorandum, the government claimed that the government of the ruling coalition had lost all their sense of ethics, responsibility and administrative autonomy and was characterized by abuse of power and poor law and order.
The delegation quoted the names and offenses in the memorandum. For example, the Minister of Social Justice, Sanjay Shirsat, bought class 2 in Sahajapur worth over 60 GBP Cores for only 11.16 Crores. The Minister of Agriculture Manicrao Kokate was caught on video playing online Rumma on his mobile phone during the session, which violated the discipline of the legislative assembly. The police reportedly revealed 22 illegal bars associated with a bar licensed mother of Foreign Minister for Yogesh Kadam.
Shiv Sena (UBT) also informed the Governor of Honey Trap and 72 civil servants and former ministers; They required an investigation by a special team.
Political pressure
The delegation also caused cases in which police officials who investigate them were allegedly induced. For example, the murder of Beed Sarpanch Santosh Dehmukh, which included a nearby assistant leader NCP Dhanajay Munde; NCP office carrier Rajendra Hagavane has been involved in the case of the death of VaiShnavi Hagavane Dowry; and RTI activist Jamil Sheikh’s death.
The delegation, including the leaders of Shiv Sena (UBT) Anil Parab, Ghosalkar, Babanrao Thorat, Ashok Dhatrak, Vijay Kadam, Nitin Nandgaonkar, and others, argued that the leaders of ministers of paintings were insulting the people of Mahashtra.
