The search for the missing Nellore fishermen continues

Two bodies have been recovered while the search for two more missing fishermen continued after two fishing boats capsized near Tatichetlapalem beach in SPSR Nellore district’s Kavali constituency on Wednesday due to a storm.

The deceased fishermen have been identified as Tuppili Balamurali (55) and Kumari Govindu (44), while Ganesh (27) and Raja (31) are still missing. Both hail from Alicharla Bangarupalem village in Bogolu mandal of the district.

According to the Bitragunta police, Coast Guard officials and local fishermen searched for the missing fishermen for more than 24 hours. It is not clear whether they died or disappeared at sea.
