The District Collector Vizianagaram S. Ramsundar Reddy said on Saturday that the Saras exhibition scheduled from September 28 to 8. It would benefit both craftsmen and buyers through 244 stands at the Mansas exhibition, located between Balaji Road and APSRTC complex.
He told the media that craftsmen from all over the country offer quality products at reasonable prices, which will benefit the buyer because there would be no intermediaries.
He added that NABARD, Union Bank of India, Stree Nidhi, Mepma and other organizations have expanded the support of the exhibition. Cultural programs would also be organized in the evening to show the culture and traditions of Vizianagararam.
The collector expressed the hope that the exhibition would attract great crowds because it coincides with the celebrations of Tholel and Sirimanotsavam 6 and 7 October.
