Police Sanjay Nagar arrested a 32 -year -old shop assistant for alleged sexual harassment of the city lady while traveling on the bus.
On the basis of a complaint filed by the police, the accused arrested the accused, identified as Firoz Khan, 32, RT Nagar dealer who accused him of Section 354 (assault or use of criminal forces on a woman with intent with intent to outrage her modesty) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit. He was interrogated and later released at the station.
According to the police, the incident occurred on Thursday after boarding the bus around 18:00, when the bus, which is heading to Majestice from Doddaballapura, reached the defendant Mall, who was sitting next to her, allegedly touched it inappropriately.
The woman immediately informed the driver and called her brother, who warned the police by dialing the “112” line. The police threw themselves into the place and detained the accused.
