Before the elections to the Bihar assembly, Janata drew (United) MLA Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, who represented the parbatta election district on Parbatta in Parbatta on Friday.
RJD leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav was also planned to place, but his helicopter could not fly because of bad weather. He managed Mr. Kumar’s RJD membership through a video conference from Patna. He welcomed Mr. Kumar to RJD and claimed that his entry would have a big impact on Bihar.

In the elections to the Assembly 2020, Mr. Kumar Rjd’s Digamar Prasad Tiwara defeated 951 votes.
Kumar, who joined Bhumihar Caste, joined RJD as support for Mr. Tejashwi, the leader of the opposition in the Bihar Assembly, who worked hard to expand the supportive base of the RJD outside his traditional Muslim-Yadav (my) base.
Vocal critic NDA
Mr. Kumar was open and in the past criticized his own NDA government in the past for questions such as farmers’ rights and alleged inconsistencies in road and bridge projects. He even criticized the Union’s government for a special intensive revision (Sir) of election roles in the State when it was launched.
His name appeared in the case of alleged horses trading during the NDA government test after the main Minister Nitish Kumar left RJD and Congress to create a government with the party Bharatiya Janata (BJP) last year.
The case is investigated by a unit of economic offenses (EU) Bihar and the agency questioned him in July 2025. Parbatta is the fortress of Mr. Kumar’s family. His father Ramanand Prasad Singh was chosen from this chair four times. His older brother Rajiv Kumar is MLC from the congress side.
He attacked Nitish Kumar and Mr. Kumar said, “Lalu Prasad Ji and Tejashwi Yadav again and again stated that the RJD is a kasta a-to-Z and today it has been proven. Currently, the situation in Bihar is poor and our state has become a job in terms of employment.”
He added: “Bihar needs an energetic minister like Tejashwi Yadav, who has a vision for his development.”
“Anti-Party Activity”
JD (u) National spokesman Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, who responded to Mr. Kumar’s departure by the party, said it was not unexpected.
At a press conference in the party office, he said: “The party’s leadership has already felt his counter -boring activities. Sanjeev Kumar was a master of unsuccessful conspiracy to overthrow the elected government of NDA led by Bihar’s charismatic Minister Nitish Kumar.
Mr. Prasad called Mr. Kumar and claimed that, despite his absence, more than 10,000 JD staff (U) attended the NDA staff in the Parbatt election district.
“This proves that party organizations and workers are strong even without opportunists such as Sanjeev Kumar. Leaving of leaders such as Sanjeev Kumar will be strengthened.
The head of JD (U) and MLC, asking for anonymity, said: “If the party was fully aware of its anti -boring activities, why couldn’t the management dare to take disciplinary steps against it before?
