
Minister of Medical Education, Development of Skills, Business and Living Sharan Prakash Patil Patil expressed his displeasure that candidates who have registered within the Yuva Nidhi system and receiving financial assistance do not come to undergo the development of skills offered by the Ministry of Skills and livelihood.
“More than 3 graduates of the Lakh and Diploma holders have registered within the Yuva Nidhi system. The main objective of this system is to provide financial assistance to unemployed youth and provide them with the necessary skills to employ them.” However, he said that those who are registered within this system do not appear on training.
If they join the program of training, graduates and holders of the diploma hesitated that Mr. Patil said, Patitil said, stating that the financial assistance they receive into the Yuva Nidhi system will be terminated if they join the educational program, graduates and diploma holders. The Minister explained this matter: “The financial assistance paid within the Yuva Nidhi system will continue even after the training.”
The Minister also stated that financial assistance within this system will only be stopped if they get a job somewhere or join higher education.
Meanwhile, we are responding to whether there are plans for the training to be mandatory for those who register according to Yuva Nidhi, Mr. Patil said, “We can order training, but before that we give them some time.”
The Minister reported that a new skill policy was formulated and will be placed before the next cabinet. According to information, politics focuses mainly on supporting employment among youth.
