The day after the alleged rape of the patient with the assistant of surgery at the Karimnagar private hospital on Monday, the three -sided Karimnagar police investigated the investigation into the accused.
A terrible incident took place on Saturday and Sunday, which caused outrage and requirements for a strict action against the accused.
Police Karimnagar, who acted on a complaint filed by the victim’s father, registered the case against the Assistant of the Theater Theater in Private Hospital, identified as Dakshina Murty, according to Section 64 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit (BNS).
The victim around 22 was admitted to the private hospital in Karimnagar with a high fever on Saturday 6th September.
The sources said the accused allegedly managed to have a sedative injection to the patient in an almost empty ward for curtains before he sexually attacked her on Sunday.
After regaining consciousness, the patient told her suffering to her mother, who slept before the department in the hospital corridor.
Monday officials delivered a notice in a private hospital on Monday, where the rape incident was reported, the sources added.
According to Section 64 BNS, the case was registered on the basis of a complaint filed by the patient’s father on Sunday, the inspector of the three -town circle Karimnagar G. John Reddy said, adding that further investigation was underway.
