The parliamentary committee, which examined two proposals for laws to carry out the system of organizing Lok Sabha and elections together together, was on Tuesday (12th August 2025) a new extension until the last week of the winter meeting.

The house was approved by the chairman of the Chairman of the President of the Parliament (JCP) by a vote.
According to the proposal, the panel was given time until the first day of last week of the winter meeting, 2025 to present its message.
The aim of the bill is to enable general elections for the legislative assembly of trade unions to coincide with the general elections of Lok Sabhy, as an integral part of government policy to make current elections throughout the country.
The Constitution (129. Amendment) The bill, 2024, changes the constitution to keep elections for Lok Sabha and all state assemblies together (simultaneous elections) and another bill for organizing elections in the Union under the current elections.
Delhi, Puduchherry and Jammu and Kashmir are three territories of the Union.
