“Some people describe ongoing social and educational survey as castes.
“A survey conducted according to the Commission’s instructions is promoted as a caste census. However, it is not a caste census; it is a comprehensive social and educational survey,” he explained during the meeting with officials organized to review the survey.
He said that some technical problems were found to cause inconvenience at the beginning of the survey. “Some complaints about technical difficulties have been received, while people registered in the column of partial caste. They were all right now,” he said.
Dr. Kundagol discussed various questions with officials and enumerations during the meeting.
The CEO of Zilla Panchayat Rahul Shinde announced to the members of the Commission that people hesitate to provide financial information during the survey.

District Minister Vipul Bansal also shared his feedback, which he received from some enumerators.
“Some employees have stated that the public does not provide reasonable information about some issues because of the misconception that government facilities will be deprived of,” he said.
“The survey should therefore be completed by informing them about the intention that it is a comprehensive exercise to understand the social and educational position of various communities and groups and not an individual assessment,” Mr. Bansal said.
Belagavi City Municipal Corporation has begun to publish forms for self -harm to the home to collect exploration data. The method gets a good answer. In two days, reactions to more than 1,000 forms were received in the city, said the city commissioner B. Shaubha.
Representatives of the Commissioner Mohammad Roshan said the listeners face problems due to hilly terrain in some areas in Khanapur Taluk. “But our listeners still go to every house and conduct a survey,” he said.
When organizing reconnaissance camps for unpublished areas, he called on the Commission to provide staff and people some incentives.
District backward class of the Social Security official M. Harsha said that for 16,711 families in areas affected by network and other technical problems in the district, a special reconnaissance camp will be organized.
There are 11 85 888 families in the Belagavi district. Up to 10,200 inspectors perform exploratory work throughout the district. He said that 30.55% of the survey was completed in the district.
Mr. Harsha said that the reconnaissance work would be further accelerated with 500 other employees. He said that 36 one -offlers completed the survey in less than two days.
Dr. Kundagol felilitated teaching who fulfilled 100% of their reconnaissance duties.
One of them shared his experience and said he was able to complete it because he had not encountered any technical problem.
