The new Osmania General Hospital (OGH) in Goshamahal is proposed here to be built at estimated costs at 1,667 GBP Crore, with the planned time -time completion of 30 months, according to the announcement issued by road departments and buildings.
According to the bid document, issued on June 9, which calls on offers for the Health Infrastructure Infrastructure project, the proposed development was divided into construction work, water supply and sanitary installations and electromechanical work.
Most of the budget, Crore 979 GBP will go to the construction of the main hospital block. Other allocations include 103 Crore for separate buildings for men and female hostels, Crore 72 GBP for academic block, CRORE 54 GBP for service structures and 17 GBP Crore for Dharmashala. Improvements of infrastructure such as roads, roads and drainage are expected to cost 10 crore, while the CRORE 8 GBP is set aside to cover the existing napas. The morgue building is designed to be built at the price of 5.99 GBP Crore, folded walls of CRORE 4.06 GBP and safety rooms with gates 90 Lakh.
The supply of water and sanitary work is budget to CRORE 24 GBP, while electromechanical components, including power, lifts, HVAC and other systems, are 384 crore.
The main structure of the hospital will increase to 12 floors, including two levels of parking basement and cover a total built area of 23.42 lakh square feet. The male hostel will be a land plot building plus-10, while a female hostel will have 12 floors above the ground. Dharmashala will have a basement with the ground plus nine floors above it and the morgue building will consist of the basement and ground floor. Nursing and physiotherapeutic university will be a basement with a facility on the ground floor plus-OSM.
The offer also outlines the gradual status of the construction industry with four milestones in 9, 18, 24 and 30 months to ensure early progress of the supplier who granted the project.
The foundation stone for the new building was laid by the main Minister of Telangana A. Revanth Reddy in the presence of the Minister of Health C. Damodar Raja Narasimha 31.
