The head of the naval staff Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi called 100. The native ship by a symbol of naval self -confidence and strategic predict, beyond the mere numerical milestone, on Wednesday (July 23, 2025).
The Navy chief delivered a key address practically at the ship’s construction called “Building Building through the construction of ships” carried out by the Manekshaw Center.
During his address, Admiral Tripathi spoke about the vision of the Indian Navy 2047 on the transformation of “aatmanirbhar” by focusing on leading on the invention, innovation, indigenization and integration of the niche, disturbing and emerging technologies.
The seminar witnessed the participation of the parties from the Indian government, the Indian Navy, the shipyards, the industry and the academic community.
Discussions took place on political aspects related to boat construction in order to enable cohesive and advanced brainstorming about various aspects of boat construction. The seminar for boat construction also provided a view of futuristic technologies that are implemented worldwide, and challenges facing Indian shipyards and industry in the same level.
