The Californian woman, Brittney Lyon, was sentenced to life in prison for 100 years. 31 -year -old nanny helped her friend Samuel Cabrera sexually abuse four girls. Two victims were 3 and the others were 7, with two diagnosed autism and the other unable to speak.

Cabrera was previously convicted in 2019 and already for crimes serves eight life punishment without conditional release.
Although they are sentenced to life, the laws on conditional release may allow Lyon’s release after 28 years. This raises concerns that her punishment may not correspond to the seriousness of her crimes.
