Information and Public Relations Minister Kolus Partharathy
Information and Public Relations (I & PR) and Minister of Housing Kolus Partharathy said there was no truth in the YSR congress side that it could be introduced to the fact that these facts could be introduced.
Mr. Partharathy, who addressed media persons in the TDP central office near Mangalagiri, said the coalition government created farmers of 7 lacquer tonnes (MT) urea compared to only 5 lakh MT supplied during YSRCP mode. By the end of August 2025, 5.69 Lakh MT was delivered and another 40,000 MT was in the process of distribution within 10 September, while about 1,500 MT fertilizers were diverted to the black market during 2019-24, he added.
The Minister said that, according to its obligation, the government attributed payments for the Paddy that IT acquired to farmers’ bank accounts within 24 hours, which no other government could have done in the past. On the other hand, the previous YSRCP government made payments after a minimum delay after three months and detained Crore of 1,624 GBP caused by farmers.
The NDA government bought 68 lakh tons of Paddy and paid a total of 18,000 crore for just 15 months. Support prices were provided with mangoes, tobacco, cocoa and onions and agricultural machines for 90% of the subsidy, he said.
The government planned to spend 1 lakh crore per 1.50 lakh crore on irrigation projects in five years (2024-29), of which already 75,000 GBP.
Main Minister N. Chandrababa Naida personally examines problems related to agriculture and irrigation, and if they have courage, they should participate in a meaningful debate instead of creating panic among farmers through a mischievous propaganda, Mr. Partharathy said.
