Reviewing the performance of universities at a meeting in Vijayawada, along with Vice -Chairman P. Chandrasekhar, Director of Medical Education (DME) DSVL Narasimham and registrar Radhika Reddy, Mr. Satya Kumar Yadav expressed displeasure when he learned that Varsita was made to improve medical educational standards.
According to the ministry’s press release, the Minister noted that one of the main objectives of Varsity, founded in 1986, was to increase research and medical education standards. He ordered the authorities to carry out the insights and regularly present it.
The Minister also asked about the research projects for Varsity and was unfortunate that he did not match expectations. According to the edition, he stressed that it was necessary for more research to be interested in diseases in the state, and stated that such an effort should contribute to the development of medical science. He called on the university to formulate strong research policies.
He also announced the establishment of a committee that has reviewed the university’s performance over the past 39 years. The Committee identifies its shortcomings and challenges and creates an action plan to ensure better performance.
