The State Minister of Trade Unions for the Development of Rural and Communication Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar said that central schemes in the Guntur district were effectively carried out by coordinated efforts of public representatives and officials. On Saturday, he chaired the meeting of coordination and monitoring committee of district development and monitoring. Among the present were Rajya Sabha Alla Ayodhya Rami Reddy, MLA, Chairman of ZP and collector S. Nagalakshmi.
The Minister of the Union reviewed the progress in the main schemes, including the Jal Jeevan mission, Prime Minister Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Amrit 2.0 and PM Surya Ghar. He stressed that data on constituents must reflect ground reality and urgently about the wide awareness of the Surya Ghar campaign at the village level.
He announced that 90% of work on West bypass between Gollapudi and Chinakakani is completed and will be completed by September. Roads and Rob under AIIMS and other key areas are accelerated. He said that from 722 works by Jeevan and 400 non -warrons were abolished by the government while others are taking place.
In particular, he described corruption and inefficiency of housing distribution under the previous government and ordered a complete investigation. At PM Surya Ghar, 1.10 Lakh families enrolled, with 10% of the mapping of retailers completed. Banks have been instructed to speed up the payment of loans.
