
The mayor’s Helpdesk prepared for opening at Thiruvananthapuram Corporation
Thiruvananthapuram City Corporation will have been easier to pass through various departments extended through the main office in Palayam. The civic body has established the mayor’s assistance to facilitate the provision of services for the city’s inhabitants. Helpdesk, set to open in the first week of May, was set up near the entrance point to the main office.
“Through this Helpdesk we are trying to provide the best quality of services in the shortest possible time for the public,” said Mayor Arya Rajendran Hindu.
One of the main goals of Helpdesk will help people, especially seniors who considered it difficult to use the K-SMART K-SMART government platform (Kerala Solutions for administrative reformation and transformation) for digital services. After the services through the city’s local authorities moved last year to K-Smart, it was in a part of the public that is not digitally subtle, depending on Akshaya centers to happen. Staff in the mayor’s helpdesk will provide visitors to visitors.
According to corporation officials, The Helpdesk staff will also help people get closer to the relevant section for different issues related to the local authority. It will be the first contact point for visitors to the company. Ten officials will be deployed in The Helpdesk to help the public.
Facilities and interior work for Helpdesk were completed as part of the Smart City project for 41.14 Lakh 41.14 GBP. Helpdesk is, in addition to Janasevan Kendram, which currently operates in the Integrated Command Control Center near the main entrance. The mayor’s cell, which solves complaints and requests for the mayor, has been in corporation in recent years.
