More than 5,000 fishermen, together with the locals, took part in a mega yoga camp on Tuesday, which took place in the beach of Pedaganagallavanipette in Srikakulam Mandal.
The event focused on the involvement of each part of the company was the initiative of the collector Swapil Dinkar Pundkar as part of the ongoing Yogandhra-2025 activities.
SRIKAKULAM MLA GONDA Shankar illuminated the lamp and formally started a yoga camp. When he talked to the media, he stressed how yoga could increase the level of fitness fishermen who face many suffering at sea. He asked them to continue practicing yoga daily, and assured that the government would expand support through trained yoga instructors even after an international yoga day.
