The eight -year -old boy was rescued by the police after his father allegedly fled from a rented house and left behind a child with 26 psimi with a high breed. A strange incident occurred in Ayyambiallicra near Eroor, Thripunithura, and on Sunday the police said Hill Palace. The man, identified as Sudheesh S. Kumar, has not yet been traced, the police said on Thursday.
The police saved the boy from the house after he was warned by his mother, who works in Germany. The child was handed over to his mother grandmother, who lives in Cherthale, the police said. The dogs were rescued by the Society for the Prevention of Animal Circulation (SPCA) and moved to the Candakadava Care facility in Chelllanam in the middle of the protests of the locals.
In the last few months, Sudheesh has lived in a rented house with his son, a class 4 student. The neighbors complained to the municipal authorities after several dogs with a high breed began to bring to the house. They argued that they were running an illegal breeding center of dogs, causing cleanliness and health problems. After the complaint, the municipality carried out the inspection on the spot and found that the accusations were true.
The municipality issued Sudheesh notifications on August 7 and asked him to ask dogs from the house of the house within seven days of her receiving. The announcement issued, when it did not interfere with the problems marked after the site inspection, also warned him of the legal consequences of dog management and sales without the necessary license.
Sudheesh apparently left the house because the deadline stated in the announcement ended. The boy called his mother like his father did not return at night, and the woman warned the police again.
The police said on Thursday that no case was registered in connection with the incident. “We contacted the brother of the man and we suspect he was all over the city. We asked his brother to make him before the police. The missing case will be registered if they fail to do so,” said police Hill Palace. PB City Councilor Satheesan told Hindu that he had received information that Sudheesh was seen in the crowd during the athachamayam parade, which took place on Tuesday.
The dogs, allegedly left hungry since Sunday, were rescued volunteers on Tuesday after the neighbors complained to the council of desperate shouts of animals. TK Sajeev, district secretary, SPCA, said dogs, including pregnant women, starved when they saved them. He said that the Association had mulled legal steps against Sudheesh for abandoning dogs and locals who raised objections to feeding animals.
