A 39 -year -old man, a compatriot, reportedly drowned on Friday morning after he was swept through strong streams as he walked through the flooding section in Madhur Patla Mogar. His brother -in -law, who accompanied him, survived by holding on an electric column.
The deceased was identified as Sadiq, son of Falcon Aziz and Asma from Karipodi. He recently returned from Dubai, where he worked as an accountant. He was preparing to return to Dubai.
The incident occurred around 9:30 in the morning, which was immersed, was submerged after the Madhu Vahini River overflowed its shores. Sadiq reportedly slipped and the currents were kidnapped. The body was restored after searching that lasted over an hour.
Sadiq survived the wife of Farsan Patl and three children.
